Always great. System is over 10 years old and resin needed to be replaced. Had to take tank to the shop...quickly repaired tank and returned to service. Called ahead and on time.

My system is working great after a service call. My only knock is the price of the filter. I would not trade the system and service that I received from them and the system. I was asked to comment on Culligan's products and services. Products: the way it makes my water feel when I take a shower, and the way it tastes. Services: the timely and courteous delivery of my salt as scheduled. I was also asked to comment on any telephone contact. I had forgotten that I called about the filter for my kitchen drinking water. I mentioned that the filters has not been changed in 4 years. A technician was dispatched the next day, and arrived early. He tested the water and determined which filters needed to be changed. (Thankfully not the more expensive ones!). Appreciated the timely response.

I cannot say enough about my experience with Culligan of Seguin-New Braunfels. Specifically, starting from Jennifer who got me the details I needed, to scheduling Matt who came out and tested my water and determined what I needed to prepare for my installation - I loved the pricing options available and definitely appreciated the flexibility to be able to decide what's best for me. And it didn't stop there. I had the privilege to meet the awesome installation tech Hurley who was beyond accommodating to this "new to Texas" customer, who had zero clues about the effects of the TX water on my skin. He helped me fully understand my system, what it can do, and also if anything goes wonky on it. He took the time to also give me tips and tricks ensuring that I feel comfortable at all times with the system and know what to do in case of anything crazy like power outages, etc. Beyond his professionalism, he was super kind, genuine, and listened very well while being mindful to really understand my questions and provide solutions. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for A+++ service. Super grateful that I now have softened water and clean drinking water to boot. An awesome Texas welcome, indeed!!! 🙂
